Aura Himalaya began with a simple idea: to bring the warmth of an Indo-Chinese kitchen — Himalayan spice met with the wok — to the Nordic north. Our name joins two worlds — the aura of northern light and the majesty of the Himalaya — and our food does the same.
We grind our own spice blends, temper our daals with ghee and whole spices the traditional way, and fire our naans in the tandoor to order. From gentle cashew kormas to the wickedly hot Naughty Bhedo, there is a seat at our table for every palate.
